NADC Announces F&I Compliance Workshop

Hanover, Md.—The National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC) recently announced that it will hold a day-long workshop on November 10. The F&I compliance-related workshop is open to NADC members and was created in response from members for in-depth information on the topic. It will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Four Points Sheraton BWI Airport in Baltimore.

Sessions will include: Common but Dangerous F&I Practices/TILA; FCRA/FACTA/Privacy; and Adverse Action Notices under the ECOA and FCRA. The registration fee is $375. For more information visit

Ford Credit Rating Cut By S&P, Moody's
