NADA Releases Used Vehicle Management Education Guide

McLean, Va.—The National Automobile Dealers Association has released “Used Vehicle Strategies and Solutions,” a publication that offers dealers tips and insights on how to succeed or improve results in today’s used vehicle market, reported AutoRemarketing.

All NADA members received a copy; however non-members may purchase a copy for $50 at www.nada.org/mecatalog, keyword SL15.

“Using revised and all-new material, this guide considers the different elements that go into a successful used-vehicle department,” according to NADA officials. “You’ll find useful, timely ideas addressing areas such as personnel, inventory, marketing and department management. It also includes worksheets to help you know how your used-vehicle department is doing so that you can plan for future growth.”
