MINNEAPOLIS — SuperSolutions Corporation, a wholly owned company of i-flex solutions, announced that Westlake Financial Services, a subprime indirect auto finance company with operations in 34 states, has celebrated its' one year in production with Daybreak Lending Suite.

Being a subprime automobile lender, Westlake Financial Services (Westlake) faces unique challenges in the areas of customer service and collections. Daybreak continues to alleviate these issues quickly and painlessly by replacing their legacy system. Westlake required excessive manual intervention to service specialty loan programs, provide customer service, track payments and other historical information on more than 60,000

active accounts. In addition, scalability was a real challenge for Westlake, in the light of their future expansion.

The Daybreak Lending Suite (Daybreak) has enabled Westlake to run its customer service and collections activities much more efficiently, along with the capability to support customer self service transactions through the Web. Daybreak tracks all customer and financial information in real time. Similarly, collection agents have all delinquency information at their finger tips, including promises to pays, broken promises, delinquency account histories, and complete payment transactions. Daybreak also enabled real-time management of collectors and customer service agents besides providing them an environment that facilitates collaborative data management.
