DENVER — Prizm Administrative Solutions Inc. (Prizm) has released two innovative programs that will transform dealers’ product offerings and increase overall profitability. With this introduction, Prizm advances to another level in vehicle service contract solutions by expanding dealership offerings to the sales lot and service bay.

Total Quality Certified (TQC) Program was developed specifically to compliment Prizm’s family of service programs which include Total Protection Plan and Value Protection Plan. “TQC is a comprehensive CPO (Certified Pre-owned) Program that will provide real value to customers, while offering dealers substantial up-sell opportunities. We are looking forward to seeing the benefits our dealers enjoy from higher vehicle margins and greater pre-owned vehicle marketability, which has historically been exclusive to manufacturers’ CPO programs,” said Dan Baumgarten, vice president of sales and marketing for Prizm. “In addition to higher profit margins, CPO programs have been shown to drive higher show room traffic, turn pre-owned vehicles faster and elevate customer retention. TQC fills a void for quality non-franchised dealer CPO programs.”

The Total Service Protection Plan (TSP) is a vehicle service agreement that is marketed to service bay customers. With the program’s comprehensive coverages, full benefits package and terms for vehicles with up to 100,000 miles, this program out performs most traditional extended service programs. “The Total Service Protection Plan captures the customer at a point when he sees an increased value in a service agreement, and offers the service manager another means for customer service and to increase his bottom line,” said Joe Marcus, director of sales for Prizm.

TQC and TSP are the newest additions to a suite of product offerings marketed under the Total name by Prizm Administrative Solutions Inc. Total programs are backed by Lyndon Property Insurance Company, an A.M. Best insurer financial strength rating A- ( Excellent, 4th highest of 15 ratings), a Protective Company.
