No Use No Lose Guarantee Program to be Underwritten by Great American Insurance Company

CLEVELAND - National Automotive Experts and No Use No Lose Inc. have announced that Great American Insurance Company is now underwriting the No Use No Lose Guarantee for automobile service contracts.

Bob Mancuso, vice president of sales and marketing for National Automotive Experts, said, "No Use No Lose Inc. is very excited to partner with a company with such an excellent reputation as Great American." Great American Insurance Company is a member of Great American Insurance Group and has consistently received "A" ratings from A.M. Best and Standard & Poor's.

The No Use No Lose Guarantee is a product offered through automobile dealerships which provides customers with a refund of a vehicle service contract's cost (up to $4000) in the event that none of the benefits associated with the contract are used during the contract period. Unlike competitor programs, the No Use No Lose Guarantee allows a customer to make a claim based on time or miles, whichever comes first.

According to Mancuso the program is very attractive and profitable for dealers and consumers alike. "Dealerships are very satisfied with the ease of implementing the program and the immediate effect it has on service contract penetration and gross profit. The service contract is no longer as price sensitive in the customer's eyes, knowing that they will receive 100 percent refund if they never use it."

The No Use No Lose Guarantee program will be administered jointly by Premier Dealer Services (PDS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Great American Insurance Group and National Warranty Administration Network.
