July 24, 2007

Margate, Fla. — JM Lexus recently introduced the first LS 600h L delivered in the U.S. for a cost of $121,000.

“JM Lexus is thrilled to have delivered the first flagship luxury hybrid in the country,” said Jim Dunn, JM Lexus vice president and general manager. “This extraordinary vehicle sets a new standard in performance, technology and unparalleled styling.”

Its hybrid-drive system combines an all-new five-liter V8 gasoline engine with high-output electric motors and a newly developed large-capacity battery pack — providing unmatched “green” efficiency and power. Only 100 vehicles have been produced and offered in partnership with Neiman Marcus for its 100th anniversary this year, and all have been sold on order. According to Dunn, JM Lexus has sold three Nieman Marcus LS 600h L’s.

With a special exterior color, Truffle Mica, and a luxurious Alabaster interior, the vehicle also provides the latest safety and technological amenities including voice-activated navigation with Bluetooth technology and XM real-time traffic system; Advanced Parking Guidance system; rear-seat DVD entertainment system with a nine-inch drop-down screen; and a specially developed 19-speaker surround sound audio system.
