Chrysler Financial Lease Customers to Receive Personalized Web Services

MILL VALLEY, Calif. — ChannelNet and Chrysler Financial recently announced new, personalized Web services for Chrysler Financial lease customers through The Web services, powered by ChannelNet, place Chrysler Financial customers in the driver’s seat by enabling them to initiate and manage the lease turn-in process when and where it is most convenient for them.

Upon login, Chrysler Financial lease customers are presented with a personalized Web experience based on their lease maturity date.

Some unique features include the ability for customers to contact their dealership, perform a self-inspection on the vehicle, calculate any excess mileage costs, request pay-off information, extend lease terms and request new vehicle information. Every step is intended to help customers continue their positive relationship with their dealer, Chrysler and Chrysler Financial.
