Southfield, Mich. — Credit Acceptance Corporation was named by Crain’s Detroit Business as a Cool Place to Work. Over 300 companies throughout Southeast Michigan were nominated, but only 60 were selected for this recognition.

Credit Acceptance was selected in the 501-1,000 employees category. The Cool Points for the Company, as described by employees include:

-CEO holds regular “town hall” meetings with team members.

-Company has a Great Place to Work committee.

-Team members know they have a voice in the company.

“We believe the people doing the work know the most about it, and we’ve built programs and a culture around that; we’re very happy to have earned this distinction,” stated Brett Roberts, chief executive officer.

Credit Acceptance will be recognized at Crain’s Cool Places to Work 2007 awards ceremony and reception on Thursday, Oct. 4.
