Interstate's Canadian Divison Partners With Travelers Guarantee Co.

NEW YORK — Interstate National Dealer Services Inc. (INDS), an administrator of vehicle service contracts and extended warranties in North America, as well as their subsidiary, INDS Canada, has reached an agreement with Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada (Travelers) to provide insurance backing for many of INDS Canada’s product offerings.

“This relationship will allow INDS Canada to pursue our collective goals to grow our unique company, while providing our Canadian customers with products that are insured by a financially strong insurer,” said Shaun Fetherston, CEO of INDS Canada’s parent company, Interstate National Dealer Services. “We see a great opportunity for growth in the Canadian market; and the need for professionally structured and insured service contracts,” Fetherston added.
