October 2, 2007

Boca Raton, Fla. — Nation Safe Drivers (NSD), a creator and marketer of auto-related supplemental products such as tire and wheel warranties, towing and roadside assistance packages, Gap and Etch protection products, has partnered with the Auto Management Association (AMA) to offer its members a Negative Equity Protection Plan. Offered exclusively by Nation Safe Drivers, the Negative Equity Protection Plan is included complimentary with the purchase of the NSD/AMA membership program and is available on both new and used vehicles. The Negative Equity Protection is 100 percent backed by an A rated, domestic insurance carrier.

An industry first, the Negative Equity Protection Plan provides registrants with a maximum $5,000 in plan benefits which covers members if they are upside down when they trade in their vehicles.

"Nation Safe Drivers is always looking to offer our dealer customers new and innovative programs that will help them do more and better business. This new Negative Equity offering as a complimentary addition to our comprehensive membership program should be an attractive enhancement for dealers to offer their customers," said Michael Wiener, senior vice president of marketing for NSD. "Dealers see upside down customers daily and this should make closing deals easier for both parties."

The NSD/AMA membership program currently provides services including:

—Travel Benefits (hotel discounts, custom trip routing, rental car discounts, family fun packages, travel discount network covering airlines, cruises, vacations and flight insurance, lost luggage protection)

—Auto Deductible Reimbursement

—Extended Service Repair and Replace
