GMAC announced that Robert Hull has taken over as chief financial officer for Sanjiv Khattri, who has taken a new position within the company. Hull will report to GMAC Chief Operating Officer Al de Molina.

Hull most recently served as chief financial officer of Bank of America’s global wealth and investment management and principal investing divisions. He joined Bank of America in 2001 as the senior vice president for strategy and financial planning, and was later named chief financial officer of the card services division.

Hull also served as chief financial officer of Investorforce Holdings Inc., Marvel Enterprises Inc. and Wise Foods Holdings Inc. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.

“I am pleased to welcome to GMAC Rob Hull as our new chief financial officer. He has outstanding credentials and a broad base of experience to draw upon in leading the finance organization,” said Feldstein.
