MenuVantage Experiences Record 4Q Growth

December 17, 2007

ORLANDO, Fla. — MenuVantage added 15 premier dealer groups and three providers to its growing nationwide network in the fourth quarter of 2007, a company record. The dealership groups include Capital Auto Group, Bill Seidle Automotive Group, Ganley Automotive Group, Montrose Auto Group, Hendrick Automotive Group, Southern Hospitality Automotive Group, Bertera Auto Group, Clair Dealerships, Buerkle dealerships and Silsbee dealerships.

"The continued expansion in the number of dealerships and providers using the MenuVantage platform is testament to the power of our software and we are proud of how well our technology is actively working in the market today,” said Phillip Battista, co-CEO of MenuVantage. "We plan to continue growing by adding more dealerships and providers, as well as complementary products and services,” Battista added.

MenuVantage provides dealers with superior F&I tools to ensure compliance and increased per-unit profit. The system offers F&I departments the most advanced technology available on the market, including electronic submission of warranty and F&I products to providers, real-time service contract rating for over 50 providers and dynamic printing of documents on regular paper.

MenuVantage has seen a strong increase in market presence and currently processes more than 100,000 deals per month for over 4,000 users at automotive dealerships in all 50 states nationwide and Canada; the average deal with MenuVantage produces $903 per unit compared to $633 per unit without the system — a 30 percent increase in revenue.
