MenuVantage Adds Two Service Contract and GAP Companies to Network

August 13, 2008

Orlando, Fla. -- MenuVantage, a provider of F&I tools, announced that Phoenix American Insurance Group Inc. and Wynn's Extended Care Inc., have joined its Provider Exchange Network (PEN).

Phoenix American and Wynn's are among the largest independent service contract and GAP administrators in the United States and serve thousands of dealers nationwide. They join more than 60 other providers currently on the network.

PEN streamlines the F&I process by providing auto dealers with direct integration to these providers. MenuVantage will electronically rate Phoenix American and Wynn's products, electronically remit and enroll their customers and enable e-signature and e-contracting, keeping the submission process paperless and hassle-free.

"We are very excited to partner with MenuVantage. Their systems application will provide our dealers and agents with the most advanced and effective web driven process in the industry. It also ensures more diligent regulatory compliance and promotes best practices in all areas of F&I. Effective installation and implementation of MenuVantage has proven to significantly increase dealer profit in the F&I Department which is vitally important to the dealers we serve." commented Steve Brooks, president and CEO of Phoenix American and Wynn's.

"MenuVantage is proud to have been selected by Phoenix American and Wynn's, leaders in the service contract industry. We look forward to providing the technology that will support their dealers and agents in taking their F&I performance to an even higher level," said Phillip Battista, co-CEO of MenuVantage.

He added that MenuVantage has developed a system that assists dealers on the front end, as well as providers on the back end by offering unique benefits to F&I providers.

The MenuVantage system incorporates a powerful communication feature that offers the capability to broadcast information directly to their dealer's desktops. With this feature providers can run contests, make announcements and post new product promotions in minutes.

Additional provider benefits include a built-in reporting suite that automatically submits cleared contracts on a daily basis. Providers can now track and monitor dealers daily; detect trends early, identify weak points before they become problems and respond accordingly.
