Compli will work with its clients to help them utilize this new content immediately in order to meet the aggressive effective dates of Jan. 1, 2009 for the ADA and Jan. 16, 2009 for the FMLA. These items will further facilitate a more robust good-faith comprehensive compliance effort, and will help alleviate the costly ADA and FMLA regulatory liabilities dealers face in today’s challenging business environment.

"By providing well-rounded programs and best practice recommendations, developed and updated by our Subject Matter Expert partner Fisher & Phillips LLP, the necessary content will be delivered to help protect dealers from regulatory pitfalls while also giving them new tools and capabilities to help drive down their costs."
