PORTLAND, Ore. Compli, a provider of human resources and compliance management software, has appointed Jeremy Davey as vice president of engineering.

Davey will be responsible for managing the engineering team as well as coordinating the company’s technology strategy to include the integration of additional business processes, features and products. He also assumes responsibility for the architectural design and development of the Compli platform, which is used to manage workflow and compliance documentation.

"The depth and breadth of Jeremy’s engineering expertise, people skills and project management capabilities will allow him to play a pivotal role as we rapidly move forward with our plans to bring business process efficiencies and actionable intelligence to the fingertips of Compli customers,” said Lon Leneve, president and CEO of Compli. 

Davey brings to Compli more than 15 years of engineering experience with corporations including Vesta, Intel and Oregon Health and Science University. His proven expertise with product engineering, quality assurance, and technical operations as well as his skill of managing talented engineering teams will serve him well as he brings new lifecycle management solutions to the marketplace. Davey joins Compli from Vesta Corporation, where he had a history of successful product launches and managed application integrations and platform conversion projects for AT&T, Telcel, Rogers Wireless and other major organizations. Prior to Vesta, Davey served as the director of software engineering at Oaktree Digital, a provider of web application development services.
