TROY, Mich. — Provider Exchange Network (PEN), a division of Open Dealer Exchange LLC, announced that F&I Administration Solutions LLC has completed a PEN Certified Interface, allowing dealers to electronically rate, contract and register contracts for all providers using the SCS Auto administration solution.

“Our connectivity to any dealer system or menu will assist F&I Admin’s customers in increasing sales and managing all products in one system,” said Mark Virag, managing director of PEN. “PEN’s partnership with F&I Admin will also greatly benefit their customers by ensuring a coordinated integration and support of PEN-enabled dealer systems such as MenuVantage, and soon Reynolds & Reynolds and ADP DMS systems.”

PEN is an electronic data exchange that integrates the F&I product provider with the dealer’s point-of-sale system, whether through a menu or directly with the dealership management system (DMS) desking software, according to the company. Functions include electronic ratings, forms preparation and contract origination.

“We are very pleased to have completed the PEN Certification,” said David Trinder, CEO of F&I Administration Solutions. “This connection further expands the reach of F&I Admin and continues with our philosophy of giving dealers every possible way to work electronically with providers.”
