FORT MYERS, Flo. — Moore & Scarry Advertising, one of the nation’s largest automotive advertising agencies, today announced that automotive advertising veteran Robert Mansfield has joined the agency as a senior account executive.
Mansfield grew up around automotive retail and is a second generation automotive marketer. Most recently he served as vice president of sales, marketing and operations for Ritz Marketing. His near 20-year career also includes leadership positions at Sonic Automotive, AutoNation, Mercedes Benz USA and American Honda Motor Company Inc.
In his new role at Moore & Scarry, Mansfield will lead client services and the team that manages dealer groups Town Auto Group, Flemington Car and Truck Country Family of Dealerships and Dale Jarrett Auto Group. He will concentrate on market analysis, strategy, branding and the implementation of marketing plans.
"I really love the complexity of our industry. There is more risk involved than with many other businesses, but there is also more reward," Mansfield said. "I am excited to join the team at Moore & Scarry. The brain trust and bench strength of the agency is certainly one of the industry's strongest."
Jon Lamb, Moore & Scarry Advertising president, added, "Mansfield's reputation and track record are outstanding and he will be a great asset for our clients. He knows the industry inside and out, having worked in all aspects of automotive retail marketing."
