Cal-Tex Names New Exec

SCHERTZ, Texas — Cal-Tex Protective Coatings announced that Bart Carpenter has accepted the role of executive director of sales and training. Carpenter will lead and train the Cal-Tex sales force among the premier programs that make Cal-Tex a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry.

The former director of training and consulting for GSFSGroup brings more than 25 years of industry experience. He will work out of Cal-Tex’s headquarters in Schertz, Texas, and will report to Gary Osborn, executive vice president of sales and revenue development.

Carpenter began his career in the automotive industry as a salesperson, working his way up through the management ranks before entering the training and consulting field. “I am excited to join an employee-owned company like Cal-Tex, where the employee owners are dedicated to the total customer experience,” he said.
