SALT LAKE CITY —Larry H. Miller Dealerships announced the promotion of Rourk Kemp from vice president of finance for Miller Automotive Operations to CFO of the dealer group. In his new role, Kemp will offer the dealerships strategic and operational support. He will also analyze their financial status and provide counsel on any necessary changes.

“Rourk has the proven ability to not only handle day-to-day controller responsibilities, but he also has the skill to identify patterns, look ahead, and implement changes that will help our dealerships operate more strategically and effectively,” said Dean Fitzpatrick, president of Larry H. Kemp joined the Larry H. Miller team as a controller in May 2009. In August 2011, he was named to his previous position of vice president of finance, where he worked on floorplan, real estate and other dealership financing, as well as risk management, treasury and payroll for the dealership operations. Kemp also provided oversight and support to all dealership and corporate accounting offices.

Prior to joining the Larry H.
