MOREHEAD, Ky. — The FBI, IRS, and state and county law enforcement officers seized multiple vehicles owned by auto dealer Marty W. Stevens after searching five of his properties late last month. Stevens was indicted in June on charges of theft by deception and receiving stolen property, reports the Journal-Times.

Officers confiscated vehicles at several of Stevens’ used car lots, as well as at an auto body repair shop and private residences owned by Stevens and his son, Michael. Business records and other property were also seized for possible presentation to federal or state grand juries.
