TRENTON, N.J. — Lencore Leasing, which does business as North Jersey Auto Mall, has agreed to pay $66,000 in penalties as part of a settlement with state consumer affairs officials. The dealership was accused of misrepresenting the condition of the vehicles it was selling, the Associated Press reports. 

Under the settlement, the dealer did not admit to any violations. If it does not comply with the settlement term within a year, it could face an additional $50,000 fine.
