9 Vehicles Stolen From 3 Calif. Dealers

FREMONT, Calif. — Vehicles owned by nine customers disappeared from three dealerships in just over a week. All the thefts involved cars that were waiting to be detailed or serviced, according to a report from the San Jose Mercury News.

Video surveillance at one of the dealerships showed four to five suspects entering the parking lot at the rear of the dealership in a white four-door vehicle. A Highlander, 2007 Lexus ES, 2013 Toyota Rav4, 2012 Toyota Camry and a 2010 Toyota Prius were taken from the lot.

Police have been unable to recover any of the stolen vehicles.
