PLANO, Texas — Toyota announced several executive changes across its North American operations, including within Toyota Financial Services (TFS).

The automaker named Scott Cooke group vice president and chief risk officer at TFS, where he will be responsible for risk management across the company’s Americas region, dealer credit, and information security.

The company also named Cindy Wang group vice president of treasury for TFS. She will be responsible for leading the treasury (global and Americans region) and vendor management office business units within Toyota Motor Credit Corp.

The automaker also announced appointments at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Mississippi, and within its product quality and service support team in Plano.

“These appointments will bring new insights into strengthening Toyota’s ability for more collaboration enterprise-wide, helping us respond more quickly to the market and our customers’ needs,” said Toyota Motor North America CEO Jim Lentz.
