LoJack Corporation, a stolen vehicle recovery technology company, announced Apr. 23 two appointments to its senior management team. The additions of Mike Suvalle as vice president of customer care and Frank Romano as vice president of engineering to LoJack's senior management team are, LoJack claims, the result of LoJack's commitment to providing support to its customer base, as well as to the continued development of their stolen vehicle recovery system that is connected with police departments nationwide.

"As LoJack continues to grow, it is essential to have the management infrastructure in place to deliver the highest levels of service to our customers. We are continuing to build a management team that is focused on operational excellence and experience in serving mission-critical needs," said Joseph Abely, president and COO of LoJack.

In this newly created position of vice president of customer care, LoJack says Mike Suvalle will be responsible for providing executive leadership to develop, direct and monitor the Customer Care Operations Organization, which includes product installation, order fulfillment, customer service and telemarketing efforts. Suvalle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Bowdoin College, and an MBA with a concentration in Operations Research from Columbia University.

As vice president of engineering, LoJack Corporation says Frank Romano will be responsible for the management of LoJack's engineering department, research and development and contract manufacturing.
