Stronghold Technologies, Inc., developer of DealerAdvance(TM), an enterprise software and solutions provider to improve business performance for the automotive retail industry, on Jan. 20o announced a strategic relationship with Who's Calling, Inc. for integration with DealerAdvance's(TM) Call Management Services.

Stronghold's Call Management Services were introduced to the market earlier in January. The agreement with Who's Calling, a provider of inbound call management technology, enables Stronghold to offer automotive dealers using this service 100 percent capture of incoming toll-free phone prospects, when a public record is available.

Call Management Services are available to customers with the release of DealerAdvance(TM) Version 3.4, scheduled for the end of January. Phone-in prospect capture, leveraging the two leading vendors in this area, and Internet lead capture are new features available to DealerAdvance users.

When combined with Stronghold's traditional strengths in walk-in prospect capture that has enabled the Company to nearly double its customer base in 2003, DealerAdvance(TM) provides the resources to conduct effective follow-up activities with nearly all dealer traffic, according to the companies.

"We're pleased that Stronghold has selected Who's Calling's patented technology to enhance the services they offer clients," said John Stapleton, CEO of Who's Calling. "Our companies share a common goal of helping to increase dealership profitability, and the collaboration between our two firms supports this goal by facilitating improved customer relations and more efficient management of sales leads."

Users of DealerAdvance(TM) can review incoming call records as part of their daily work plan rather then logging into a separate Web site. Incoming call records received by DealerAdvance(TM) will be assigned to the sales person who previously worked with the customer or sent to a manager for further follow-up.

Who's Calling's call management tools collect data that help dealers analyze and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and evaluate sales staff performance. Reports are produced and are available through DealerAdvance(TM) that detail who called the dealer (caller name/address and demographics), how they found the dealer (which ads generate prospect calls), and how the sales staff interacted with the caller (real time call monitoring).

Complementing DealerAdvance's(TM) capabilities, the vendor interface retrieves phone-in data and makes it complete by moving beyond point of origin details to the more critical conversion analysis. The conversion rate of prospects calling in can be calculated and tracked by DealerAdvance(TM), including total sales and sales from specific ad campaigns. When this data is combined with conversion results from other sources, such as walk-in traffic, dealers will have a more accurate analysis of their spend on advertising and a complete review of their sales force activities.
