Tarry Shebesta Named Third VP of NVLA

CINCINNATI -- The National Vehicle Leasing Association (NVLA) named Tarry Shebesta, president of Automobile Consumer Services (ACS), third vice president. The NVLA provides education, promotes responsible legislation and informs members of vehicle leasing developments.

Shebesta heads ACS and manages the firm's Web sites, LeaseCompare.com and FrontRowCars.com. At the NVLA, he will continue overseeing the Electronic Communications Portfolio committee. Last year, the committee created LeaseWire, an e-publication that covers trends in vehicle leasing. The committee plans to redesign the NVLA's Web site and launch LegislativeWire, another e-publication.

"Legislation and funding sources are causing uncertainty in the vehicle leasing industry," said Shebesta. "I am honored to be part of the NVLA leadership that will educate and guide members through these changing circumstances."
