DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. — JM Family Enterprises (JMFE) promoted two employees in its Information Technology Services division. Ken Yerves has been promoted to senior vice president and chief information officer and Tom Holmes has been named vice president of Technology Operations.

Yerves will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, development, implementation and operation of all JMFE’s information technology. This includes all JMFE business units, including Southeast Toyota Distributors, the JM&A Group of companies, World Omni Financial Corp., CenterOne Financial Services and DataScan Technologies.

Since joining JMFE in 1989, Yerves has also served as chief technology officer, vice president of Technology Services, associate vice president of Technology, Architecture, Planning and Control and associate vice president of Remarketing Applications Development.

Holmes’ new position will oversee the overall technical implementation and operation of JMFE’s technology and information systems. He joined the company in 2001 and previously held the positions of assistant vice president of Technology Delivery, assistant vice president of Strategy and director of Architecture.
