DAYTON, Ohio -- The Reynolds and Reynolds Company's recently installed president and CEO, Fin O'Neill, announced a major management reorganization for the purpose of being a more customer-focused company.

O'Neill introduced six individuals on the new senior management team.

Scott Eisenfelder joins Reynolds as senior vice president, Marketing and Strategic Planning. Eisenfelder was previously the senior vice president, Automotive, at J.D. Power & Associates.

Reynolds' Sales and Services areas are now combined under Terri Mulcahey, who was named senior vice president. She was previously Reynolds' vice president of Implementation Services, where she was responsible for customer education and field engineering.

The company combined product and platform management, quality and timely delivery under Mike Berry, senior vice president, Solutions Management, Development and Operations. Barry joined Reynolds in 2003 as senior vice president of Services.

Doug Ventura heads Corporate Services and Reynolds International as executive vice president. He has served as acting executive vice president of operations since July 2004.

George Close is vice president, Operational Excellence. He was previously Reynolds' vice president, Solutions Marketing Operations.

Tom Suttmiller was named senior vice president, Customer Relations, and will fill this role until he retires Sept. 30. He previously led Sales and Marketing for the company.

A search is still underway to replace Dale Medford, executive vice president, CFO and director, who will retire June 1.

The reorganization is effective April 1.
