MISSISSAUGA, Ontario -- Curomax, a provider of dealer finance e-commerce solutions, has appointed Ted Davis as vice president Dealer Development, North America to help further target the RV, marine, power sport and automotive markets in the United States.

In this position, Davis will be responsible for all dealer-focused external sales and sales support activities in both the United States and Canada.

"Our expansion into the U.S. marketplace is driving our need to align management and leadership resources to serve our expanding dealer markets," said Patrick Staudt, senior vice president of Dealer Services, North America.

Serving for five years as Curomax’s vice president of Dealer Services, Canada, Davis was responsible for recruiting and training an external and internal sales team that, today, has relationships with more than 7,500 dealerships in Canada. He was also responsible for building the Dealer Support Group that serves Curomax customers in North America.

Davis has more than 20 years of automotive finance and lease experience. Prior to working with Curomax, he spent six years in the aftermarket warranty and credit insurance business.
