Rocky River, Ohio — Ultimate Warranty Corporation has taken several steps to elevate contract-holder indemnification and in-dealership regulatory compliance. After obtaining a Fortune 500 underwriter, the multiphase plan has taken shape. The plan’s twofold objective is to better support its existing clients and to increase Ultimate’s network of agents and dealers.

The plan includes a new underwriter and compliance controls, a commitment to Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals, and participation in the DealerTrack Aftermarket Network™. Utilizing these tools, an Ultimate Warranty dealer has the opportunity to succeed in both profitability and compliance.

As an AIGA member, Ultimate affirmed its commitment to the independent general agent distribution network, and continues to provide tools that focus on building the independent agent or agency from within.

Ultimate has also launched a program to AFIP certify its network of independent agents. As AFIP Certified F&I Professionals, the Ultimate Warranty agents can mentor in-dealership Financial Services managers through the certification process. In addition to providing a full complement of quality aftermarket products, it is Ultimate’s objective to raise the bar for regulatory compliance and ethical conduct in new- and used-vehicle dealerships throughout the United States.
