Deerfield Beach, Fla. — JMsolutions, provider of dealer-focused automotive technology products and services, and DME Holdings, LLC, a multi-channel communications marketing company, formed a joint venture.
This collaboration places DME's Automotive Marketing Group (AMG), along with its DealerPower products, DME's call center, and its Jacksonville, Fla.-based technology company, in a separate and jointly-owned company called Red Rocket Solutions LLC.
Red Rocket Solutions provides automotive dealers and other industry-related companies with a full suite of customized, customer-oriented communications.
These include service reminders that utilize direct mail, e-mail, and telephone messaging to bring traffic into the service drive. Additionally, themed marketing campaigns are offered, such as upscale "test drive invitations," a "Let's Trade Keys" program, and personalized letters, designed to generate leads and prompt the return of previous customers.
These products are backed by world-class intuitive technology and analytics that allow dealers to increase sales and maximize their return on investment.
"Red Rocket Solutions' unique ability to provide advanced analytics and variable, customizable communications, combined with JMsolutions' Product Solutions offering, opens a whole new realm of service to our collective dealers," said Scott Barrett, president of JMsolutions. "Together, it is our goal to become the nation's leading fully integrated automotive technology solutions and marketing services provider."
Red Rocket Solutions will be led by Mike Walther, president of DME and Red Rocket Solutions. Walther formerly served as president of AMG and has been with DME for 13 years. Joining Walther at Red Rocket will be the entire AMG senior management team and all of their associates, adding a wealth of talent between the combined organizations. In total, there are 260 Red Rocket Solutions associates primarily based in Daytona Beach and Jacksonville, Fla. and St. Louis.
"Red Rocket Solutions will integrate with JMsolutions to deliver a full suite of variable sales and communication products and state-of-the-art technology," said Walther. "In today's busy dealer world, that is a highly desirable combination."
