CHICAGO — Resource Automotive, a unit of The Warranty Group, announced VIP Total Dealership Solutions. This newest addition to its finance and insurance services, VIP Total Dealership Solutions is an integrated process improvement program designed to deliver enhanced operating efficiencies throughout the entire dealership organization.

Drawing on its suite of training, consulting and products, VIP Total Dealership Solutions provides a three phase holistic approach to dealership profit improvement. Phase one consists of an operations assessment from a process and financial standpoint. The second phase is the creation of a unique and proprietary VIP solution, and the final step is plan implementation, utilizing Resource’s team of automotive professionals.
