CINCINNATI, Ohio — OneCommand, formerly known as CallCommand, has become a corporate sponsor of the National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers (NAMAD). Founded in 1980, NAMAD has more than 650 member dealers and is committed to increasing opportunities for ethnic minorities in all aspects of the automotive industry. OneCommand has partnered with NAMAD to offer its personalized communication solutions and consulting services at a preferred rate with the goal of helping their dealers increase market share and revenue and decrease costs by increasing customer loyalty.

“OneCommand is a great value-add for our members and provides them with the tools and resources to improve customer loyalty and increase profitability,” said Damon Lester, NAMAD president.

Commenting on the new relationship, Al Babbington, OneCommand CEO, stated, “OneCommand is proud of the number of minorities who share ownership of our company. We have a strong desire to support these dealers and help them succeed in today’s challenging market.”

OneCommand has established an internal team of seven industry experts specifically to assist with this new minority dealer initiative. The team is helmed by Ron Fortt, vice president of dealer development with OneCommand. Fortt, a graduate of NADA's Dealer Candidate Academy, with more than 31 years of experience in automotive retail, is well known as a successful dealer and leader in the minority dealer community. Each of the team members has a strong background of hands-on experience working with dealers in the field.
