HANOVER, Md. — The National Automotive Finance Association will host its 14th Annual Below-Prime Credit Auto Financing Conference from June 2-4, 2010, at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dan Berce, CEO of AmeriCredit, will be the conference’s keynote speaker. There will also be presentations given by Amy Martin, Standard and Poor’s; Jeff Schuster, J.D. Power and Associates; Tom Webb, Manheim; and a representative from National Automobile Dealers Association.

Other subjects that will be covered at the conference include the effectiveness of GPS tracking and starter-interrupt devices on portfolio performance, and a presentation by a special agent of the FBI on automotive fraud schemes in the new decade. In addition, there will be other panels on below-prime dealer trends as well as legal and regulatory issues.

The first day of the conference on June 2 will begin with a golf event in the morning and conclude with a workshop that addresses how the asset-backed securities market works.
