FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — RouteOne announced its replacement for departing Chief Information Officer Joel Gruber, who is leaving the company at the end of July to pursue a new career opportunity.

“His contributions over the past eight years have been invaluable to the development and evolution of RouteOne,” said Mike Jurecki, RouteOne’s CEO. “He will be sincerely missed by our internal team and the many customers he has served during his tenure here. His forthcoming departure has facilitated further development opportunity for two of our key employees.”

Justin Oesterle, formerly vice president of sales, marketing, and strategic alliances, has been promoted to replace Gruber in the CIO position. All IT operations and application development staff will report to Oesterle.

In addition, Brad Rogers, formerly vice president, operations, product development and PMO, has been promoted to COO. He will manage all project management, product development, business operations, and sales and marketing staff.
