CLEVELAND National Automotive Experts has added two new members to its team, hiring Tim Parsons as corporate trainer and Beth Williams as operations manager.

Parsons has 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and was previously the lead trainer for Assurant Solutions for nine years. Prior to Assurant Solutions, Parsons worked for Reynolds & Reynolds as a trainer.

"NAE is focused on providing our dealers and agents the best training in the business," said Bob Mancuso, executive vice president of NAE. "With our new training facility, we felt the addition of Tim would be a great solution for our dealer and agency partners. He is a true professional who is totally committed to income development and implementing processes and training procedures in the fixed and variable operations of a dealership."

“I am excited to work for a company that completely understands the automotive industry and who is completely committed to helping their clients succeed.” said Parsons. “I know that we will become a solid training source, offering many different dealer and agency offerings to both the front and back end departments of a dealership.”

As NAE’s operations manager, Williams will help manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including contract compliance, claims and loss ratio analysis, trend analysis, reinsurance company reviews and improving the overall client relations process models within the company.

Williams has 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. For the past seven years, she was with Great American Insurance Company in Cincinnati, focusing on TPA relationships relating to vehicle service contracts and product warranties. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a concentration in management and marketing.

"With my previous experience at GAIC as well as my previous employers, I feel confident that I will be able to immediately impact the overall flow of business at NAE, allowing NAE’s constant growth to retain its high quality and consistency with our clients," Williams said.

"We are proud that we can continue to add top level management like Williams to our team," said Kelly Price, president of NAE. "Her knowledge of reinsurance positions, loss trends, as well as compliance and legal filing requirements in each state will allow us to continue to grow while maintaining our nimble and responsive approach. Beth will be the perfect liaison between our sales, accounting and claims team."
