VENICE, Calif.Mota Motors announced that digital automotive marketing veteran Ken Potter was appointed as the company’s chief revenue officer. He joins Mota as the online vehicle certification and selling platform provider prepares to launch a used-vehicle certification program.

Potter, who previously served as vice president and general manager of Automotive at, will be responsible for all aspects of the online service, including customer service, sales, and dealer and industry relations. He also will oversee all F&I-related product.

Potter, who spent 10 years at CarsDirect, also served as general manager at CarMax.
