DEERFIELD, Fla. — Kia Motors America has renewed its contract with JM&A Group as the provider of branded F&I products for Kia dealers. Since signing its first agreement with JM&A in 2007, Kia has grown its branded-product sales by offering JM&A’s extended service contracts, officials said.

Known as Kia Distinction, the lineup of branded products provided by JM&A includes a vehicle protection plan, maintenance plan, road hazard tire coverage and Term Care Select. JM&A also administers Kia’s certified pre-owned (CPO) program, which offers comprehensive coverage for eligible used units (vehicles up to five years old with less than 60,000 miles and pass a required inspection).

Kia, in partnership with its dealers and JM&A, increased Kia Distinction-branded F&I product sales in 2013 by 19 percent. The Kia CPO program set the industry standard last year with unsurpassed growth of 72 percent, officials noted.

“We are excited to continue our relationship with Kia and serve as a strategic partner for the growth of their dealers’ F&I departments,” said Forrest Heathcott, president of JM&A Group. “For more than 35 years, JM&A Group has helped automotive dealers achieve higher levels of performance, and we look forward to the opportunity to further enhance Kia’s impressive efforts in the future.”
