NEW YORK — Capital One Bank announced this week a significant expansion of its Dealer Services business with the appointment of three new sales officers.
The new additions bring years of experience, officials said. They join a team that has worked with Capital One’s dealer partners in the South Central region of the country for more than 25 years

The new team members include Martin Pinckney, who will serve as vice president and relationship manager for the Dealer Services Group in Atlanta, Ga.; Lisa Tarrant, who will serve as vice president and relationship manager for the Dealers Services Group in Dallas, Texas; and Tim Redmond, who was named senior vice president and relationship manager for the Dealer Services Group in McLean, Va.
Pinckney is responsible for commercial dealer client relationships in Georgia, South Carolina, and non-coastal Alabama. He brings 18 years of experience in the auto finance industry to his new role, including 16 years with Capital One Auto Finance. He previously worked at AmeriCredit Financial Services. He’s also served as General Manager and part owner of a multi-point automobile dealership.
Tarrant is responsible for growing and managing commercial dealer entities in North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. She has more than 16 years of extensive business development experience in diverse industries. Prior to joining Capital One Bank in 2012, Lisa participated in Bank of America’s Global MBA Leadership Program, spending four successful years growing its dealer financial services group in Colorado, Wyoming, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Redmondis responsible for the mid-Atlantic region covering Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and the Washington, D.C., metro area. He brings to Capital One Bank more than 30 years of dealer financial services experience. For the past 16 years, Redmond served as a relationship manager for Bank of America’s Dealer Financial Services group. He has experience in all phases of automotive-related commercial lending, specializing in floorplan lending, mortgages, term loans and related treasury management products.
The new associates join an experienced and high-performing team that includes Jeff Edge, regional sales manager for Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma; Brian Farley, regional sales manager for the Northeast region of the country, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Rhode Island; George Town, relationship manager for Louisiana, Mississippi, and the Mobile, Ala., area; and Kevin Stender, relationship manager for New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
