DALLAS — Pearl Technology Holdings announced a new partnership that will allow it to tap into F&I Express' F&I aftermarket network to power the F&I selling portion of its new ShowroomXpress (SRX) retail automotive platform.

Through the connection, Pearl Technology will use its SRX retail platform to present custom-produced videos designed to educate car buyers about a dealership's F&I offerings. Consumers, with the aid of dealership sales personnel, can then add those products to their deal through the SRX platform.

“We are thrilled to be working with F&I Express. No vehicle purchase is complete without aftermarket add-ons, including [service contracts], tire-and-wheel protection, GAP, etc.," said Bruce Thompson, Pearl Technology CEO and founder. “We wanted a solution we could integrate into our SRX platform so our users have a dynamic and efficient way to add aftermarket products to their vehicle purchases.”

ShowroomXpress (SRX) allows vehicle shoppers to start a purchase from home and finish it off at a dealership or vice versa. It uses Experian’s prescreen technology to calculate auto loan payments to the dollar in 10 seconds, without requiring a customer’s Social Security number, according to Pearl officials.

Currently, F&I Express works with a large volume of auto retailers across North America and several international companies to improve F&I processes, and it has aggregated more than 110 automotive aftermarket insurance providers in an online portal accessible by its dealers, according to the company.

“Not only will SRX have access to dealer-specific rates from our network of over 110 F&I providers, they will also have full access to F&I provider-specific content through our new Express Digital Media solution,” said Brain Reed, president and CEO of F&I Express.
