Next Generation Dealer Services is now offering an online social media seminar for dealers, which provides 18 hours of live training sessions and a full year of training updates.

Dealers will learn about the company’s 4-step process to developing a social media strategy, and how dealership can manage their online reputation to gain and influence followers. The course will also offer instruction on how to connect with customers on Facebook and how to make them active contributors on the dealership’s social networking pages.

David Johnson, instructor and automotive social media strategist for Next Generation Dealer Services, will also offer his take on why organic growth vs. paid growth will net dealers more brand ambassadors. He will also offer his insights on running social media contests, and how to generate thousands of fans (likes) monthly on the dealership’s Facebook page.

Johnson will also talk about how salespeople can develop their own personal brand and generate their own leads. He will also cover the steps to running an effective Facebook ad campaign, and much more.

Once users complete the training sessions, Next Generation Dealer Services will offer weekly and monthly training sessions through the use of videos, podcasts, downloads, blog posts and more.
