HOUSTON  – GSFSGroup launched a new hiring tool called Hiring Winners. The web-based, human resources solution is designed to guide dealers through recruiting and applicant screening, as well as assist them in candidate selection and employee retention.

Recruiting the right person for the right job is the No. 1 personnel issue for 80 percent of all dealers, officials said citing a recent jobs survey. They added that the company's new HR solution aims to take the guesswork out of hiring by refining screening data to identify job candidates most likely to succeed in the automotive industry.

The hiring tools are industry-specific and customized to the profile of successful employees at a dealership, which allows the software solution to identify the best possible candidate for users. The system takes into account the applicant's profile and the type of job for which he or she is applying.

GSFSGroup also provides full training and support for dealerships utilizing Hiring Winners. Services include getting open positions in front of the best pool of applicants, and customizing the program to reflect the dealership’s size, location and personality.
