WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama will reportedly visit Ford Motor Co.’s Kansas City Assembly plant in Missouri this week, the Detroit News reports. The visit, scheduled for Friday, aligns with the five-year anniversary of the 2008 financial crisis.

Obama will reportedly travel to the plant to “continue to highlight the progress we have made since the beginning of the financial crisis five years ago and the work that lies ahead to continue strengthening our economy and deliver a better bargain for the middle class.”
