Key topics include: Ethics & Code of Conduct, Compliance and Disclosures, Federal Regulation Certification, Principles of Selling, Financial Service Managers Responsibilities, Structure of a Menu Presentation, Upgrading Options, Completing the Menu, Lease Presentation, Outside Finance Presentations and Objection Handling.
