Key topics include: Ethics & Code of Conduct, Compliance and Disclosures, Federal Regulation Certification, Principles of Selling, Financial Service Managers Responsibilities, Structure of a Menu Presentation, Upgrading Options, Completing the Menu, Lease Presentation, Outside Finance Presentations and Objection Handling. This class is geared for all financial services managers, as well as those held accountable for the presentation of financial services products in a dealership with a menu process or want to implement a menu process.
