This workshop is designed for seasoned professionals as well as F&I managers who are relatively new to the position. The workshop will focus on professional responsibilities, implementing systems and controls to help manage the department, consultative sales techniques, process driven selling systems, effective presentation of 100% of the products available, objection handling techniques, developing lender relations, and legal issues.
