If you are a GM dealer receiving GM training, the tuition is waved for GMAC’s F&I class. Attendees will learn how to present F&I products, increase customer commitment, improve customer satisfaction, manage the F&I department and disclose contracts properly. Students will participate in three and ¾ days of intensive training with role-playing in our state of the art facility in Southfield Michigan.
