Our seminars focus on ethics and legal issues such as compliance, full disclosure and regulatory requirements. You will learn how to structure and conduct a menu presentation as well as objection handling, up-selling, and closing techniques. Benefits of our selling system include increased product sales, improved CSI, and reduced legal exposure. Our trainers have automotive retail experience. This challenging seminar is interactive utilizing group discussions and role plays. Both new and experienced F&I mangers are welcome.
