July Deliveries Could Rise 7 Percent, CNW Predicts

According to TrueCar, February’s SAAR sits at 15.7 million units, the highest SAAR since 2007. Estimated incentive spending is at nearly $2,400 for the month.
TrueCar predicts January’s SAAR will reach 15.4 million, the highest reading since 2008. It also predicts that incentive spending will drop to its lowest level since October 2005.
CNW Research believes the industry could return to the 16 million-unit level next year. What happens in Washington, D.C., will determine whether that prediction is realized.
The market research firm says all signs point to an economic recovery next year if nothing disrupts the growing optimism among Americans.
KBB predicts October new-car sales will settle in at a 14.7 million SAAR after clocking in at 14.9 million units in September.
