The Nasdaq notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: LMPX), an e-commerce and facilities-based automotive retailer in the United States, announced it received a notification of deficiency from Nasdaq related to the delayed filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K.

On April 19, 2022, it received a standard notice from Nasdaq indicating that, as a result of not having timely filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022, the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires timely filing of all required periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Nasdaq notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The notice provides that the Company must submit a plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). If the plan is accepted by Nasdaq, then Nasdaq can grant the Company up to 180 calendar days from the due date of the Form 10-K, or October 17, 2022, to regain compliance. The Company intends on filing the Form 10-K shortly in order to regain compliance.
